Why does the phone look like it might have a mark, speck, or glare in the photos?
Every phone is photographed individually on our active Sydney workshop bench under macro lighting rather than in a sterile cleanroom. Ambient micro-dust specks, surface lint, or lighting reflection may occasionally appear in high-resolution photos. Physical cosmetic condition is independently tested and verified by certified technicians before listing. Any real cosmetic flaw is transparently disclosed in the Honest Disclosed Notes on the listing.
What is included in the package? Does it include an original box and charger?
Every purchase includes the bench-tested handset and one generic aftermarket USB charging cable (Lightning or USB-C). Refurbished phones do not include original manufacturer retail boxes unless explicitly noted on the individual listing. Devices are packed in protective shock-absorbing bubble wrap or generic courier boxes. Wall charging power adapters and headphones are not included to reduce e-waste and keep refurbished pricing competitive.
Are lower grade phones slower or less reliable?
No. Cosmetic grading applies exclusively to the exterior appearance (screen glass, bezel, and casing). Every phone regardless of grade undergoes the exact same 30-point hardware benchmark, ensuring 100% computing speed, responsive touch, sharp cameras, and clean audio.
Does battery health vary between grades?
Every refurbished phone delivered by PRC features a bench-verified battery holding at least 80% to 100% original capacity. Battery performance is verified independently from cosmetic condition, and freshly fitted replacement battery options are available on request.
Can I see the exact phone before purchasing?
Yes. You can visit our St Marys Flagship Workshop to inspect devices in person. You can also message our lab on WhatsApp to request high-resolution photos of the exact unit in stock.
What is covered under the 6-month store warranty?
Our warranty covers all internal hardware and component functionality, including cameras, speakers, charging circuits, touchscreens, and board-level components. Accidental drops, physical impact cracks, and liquid ingress are excluded.
