Many temporary glitches are cleared by holding Volume Up and Power. Try a restart before lodging a return request.

Secure Packaging
Package in original box or bubble wrap inside a sturdy satchel. Avoid loose envelopes that offer zero impact absorption.

Maintain Cosmetic Grading
Devices must be returned in the original sold cosmetic condition without extra dents, chips, or scratches. Extra damage or condition downgrades (e.g. Grade A returned as Grade C) will have repair costs or grading price difference deducted from refund.
