Photos show the actual physical phone you will receive: At Phone Repair Centre, we individually photograph each 1-of-1 device on our Sydney workshop test bench under high-intensity macro photography lights.
Active workshop environment vs cleanroom: Because our photography station is located in an active electronics testing workshop rather than a sealed cleanroom, fine ambient dust particles, microscopic lint, studio reflection highlights, or camera angle glare may occasionally be captured on high-resolution camera lenses.
Hardware condition rigorously bench-verified: Every phone's physical cosmetic condition, glass surface, and casing are bench-examined and verified by our certified phone testing technicians before publication.
Transparent Honest Disclosed Notes: If a phone has a genuine physical scratch, scuff, or casing blemish, our technicians explicitly list and describe it in the Honest Disclosed Notes block on the product page. If no flaw is recorded in the notes, tiny flecks visible in the photos are most likely ambient surface dust, micro-lint, or studio lighting reflections on freshly sanitized glass. Packaging & Cable Disclosure
What is included in the package? Does the phone come with an original box and charger?

Original retail boxes not included: Refurbished phones do NOT come with official Apple or original manufacturer retail packaging unless specifically stated in the individual listing title or description (e.g. "Includes Original Box").
Transit packaging details: To ensure maximum transit protection, handsets are securely wrapped in heavy-duty shock-absorbing protective bubble wrap or packed into a generic courier box. Because packaging stock varies by parcel dimensions, generic boxes cannot be guaranteed for every delivery; however, safe shockproof protection is 100% assured.
Power adapters & headphones: Wall charging power adapters and headphones are not included in the standard package to prevent unnecessary electronic waste and keep refurbished pricing competitive. Compatible fast wall chargers and accessories can be added separately.

Are these photos of the exact phone I will receive?
Yes. We do not use stock manufacturer renders or generic catalog photography for refurbished handsets. Every single phone listed on our website is photographed individually on our Sydney workshop bench. The exact color, cosmetic condition, and unique serial/IMEI displayed correspond directly to the physical device dispatched to you.

They operate seamlessly with all Australian carriers (Telstra, Optus, Vodafone, Boost, Belong, Woolworths Mobile, amaysim) and international SIMs or eSIMs. Every handset IMEI is checked against national AMTA registers to guarantee clean legal title with zero blacklist history.
Store Warranty
What warranty and return coverage do I receive?
Australian Consumer Law & 6-Month Store Warranty: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. In addition to your consumer rights, PRC provides a direct 6-month Sydney store warranty covering internal hardware modules and component defects under normal operating conditions. Accidental damage (cracked screens, physical drops, liquid damage) is excluded.
14-Day Change of Mind Policy: You can test and inspect your handset at home. If you change your mind within 14 days of delivery, you may return the device for a refund of the phone price (customer covers tracked return postage; device must be received in original cosmetic condition with iCloud or Google accounts removed).

How fast is delivery, and where is the phone shipped from?
Orders are bench-inspected and dispatched directly from our St Marys Flagship Workshop in Sydney. Every order includes Fast Tracked Express Shipping Australia-Wide with online parcel tracking. Orders placed before 10:30 AM (Monday to Friday, Sydney time) are packed and dispatched on the same business day.
